Angela C. Garrett was born in New Orleans, LA.  She attended the Orleans Parish School System and is a graduate of McDonogh #35 Senior School of New Orleans.  She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Delgado College in New Orleans and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Alumni Association. 

She leads the COFMC Women's Ministry, “Women of Faith”, which holds meetings every second and fourth Wednesday to help women grow stronger in the Lord.  She is a motivator and has a passion Youth Ministry in all areas.  She serves as Advisor to the Youth Ministry Leaders.  She teaches New Members Class and is Administrator of the COFMC Nursery Ministry. 

Lady Garrett functions and flourishes alongside her husband and best friend, Rev. John Garrett, Pastor of Cornerstone of Faith Missionary Church, Gainesville, GA.  They have been blessed with six children and 13 grandchildren.

 A wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend, Lady Garrett has a heart for people and works tirelessly to help any and everyone with their “special needs.”  One of her favorite scriptures is “My soul, wait only upon God and silently submit to Him; for my hope and expectation are from Him.”  Psalm 62:5.
